Beautiful surroundings, surrounded by lush trees and scenic views. the hot springs were relaxing and clean. We were provided with fresh towels and robes every day during our stay. the hotel staff was friendly and welcoming. They offered us a free shuttle service to a nearby attraction and provided us with a map of the area to explore on our own.

The breakfast was below average with limited options on offer. Same for the dinner which was lacking flavor and presentation.

We loved our stay at this peaceful ryokan right by the river. The sight and fresh air of the mountains and trees made our mornings super pleasant. The onsen, both indoor and outdoor, were a must-try and perfect for relaxing. The staff were friendly and provided excellent customer service. The hotel facilities and cleanliness were top-notch. Additionally, the hotel's location was close to a convenience store and just across the river from the main street of the city.
